Application is not responding at PC, while downloading the metadata.
How to start the app?
It is happening first time after more years...

If necessary, restart the computer.
Roman, if this is following a recent update you could temporarily disable any 3rd party antivirus/malware/vpn or firewall to see if this is the issue.

restart, even temporary blocking 3rdparty fw/antivirus it did not helped that much.
Actually there is a message that WebsiteX5 is downloading files.
If I cancel in windows and block app downloading files in that windows announcement/message, websiteX5 app opens immediately.
If I am not blocking downloading of the files, websiteX5 is not responding.
Roman, could you try just once after turning off ALL protection and restarting the PC (Third party AND Windows anti virus, firewall, VPN, malware etc) .
If this works then with luck when you turn it back on (again after restart) you will be prompted to allow an exception.

(I once had an issue due to a corruption in the temp folder, you may wish to empty this folder especially if it has been some time)
