Unable to update program

For every upload you create, I am unable to upload it the easy way. I have tried to turn off the firewall, as well as other ideas and the only real answer is to download it from the website. has anyone found a work around from this?
2022.3.6 is my current version, I can not upload to the new version

I just updated to 2022.3.7 with WebSite X5 Pro, there were no problems.
Some users have certain things installed on their computers that cause problems. I can only guess what is causing the problem.
I have Windows 11 Home and Panda Dome antivirus. I don't have any firewall installed other than what Windows comes with.
