Hi guys,
I spent couple days trying to read on similar case and found that the problem was evoked in 2021 but I recently bought Pro version 2013.1.4 and I contacted ww1.domail.com and tried to update php version to 7.4, and i deleted all files and re-uploaded the site three times, still having the same issue. Please I nned your help because I need to complete the buying section. Please advise as soon as you.

The "Generic Error" message can be hidden in the web host's backend by disabling PHP messages.
Are you sure you mean the 2023 version or do you still have the 2013 version?
The PHP 7.4 version is deprecated, for the current version 2023.1.4 of WebSite X5 PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.2 should be used.
