Why Mobile Contact Object whatsapp ask for phone registration ?

I have added an Mobile Contact Object and when I select contact by whatsapp the object ask me for register my phone again. What I missing ?.

I don't have a mobile phone to test, the other members would have to do that.
The message just says that you should confirm that you agree to the terms of service.
When I call up your website on the notebook and click on the WhatsApp symbol, this message comes up:
Send a WhatsApp message to +1234567890.
