The modulmounter.dk website doesn't show an intro page or hasn't it been uploaded yet?

I added the intro page to a test project and it worked with the 15 seconds in the preview, but when I exported the website to the Internet, the website was displayed incorrectly.

So I removed the intro page and the website was ok again.

Then added the intro page again and got a faulty web page again.

Finally the intro page was removed and the website was displayed correctly again.

Apparently the intro page is faulty, Incomedia would have to see why.

I tryed to use crtl + preview it worked the first time I got the intro page for 15 seconds but not in the Center of the page as I asked for but (Down left) and then it worked no more.

Then I uploaded the page and of course using ctrl + F5  to clear the cashe, then I got my intropage but still the picture Down left no matter what other position i use it always turns up down left. WHY?

I also use a background picture as you can see in the enclosed jpg file but this background page is never shown. WHY?

I have the feeling the program has a bug??? OR?

You mention i have some errors

you have menus and items in HEADER outside the layout; ... the layout must be adjusted for all resolutions, breakpoint by breakpoint for all three breakpoints you used;
2) ... you also have objects in FOOTER outside the layout in low resolution;
3) ... you have not enabled SSL redirection from http to https on the server...

Do they have anything to do with the above problem?

Now I removed the intropage (check point) but it keeps turning up after more uploads without asking for an intropage???

Hi, thank you for your answers, that means you cant use an intropage in Incomedia X5???

because there is a fault in the incomedia software which is confirmed by the need to have  to go to the server and delete  the index.php page on the net, the resulting INTRO, because on my server it takes priority and therefore must be deleted... 

Ok I had to delete the intropage on my homepage because it is alwayes was shown wrong, but what must i do to get a correct intro page? It looks as it is impossible and don`t work??

My problem is that i am asking for a intro page with a center picture but the picture alwayes show up in lower left corner and I cant change the size.

ciao, ... ... there are no problems for the background image on the entry page, just act correctly on the available options:

As long as the intro doesn't work properly, it's better not to use it.

I see little point in these gimmicks, the cookie banners are annoying enough.

I also found the intro page activation error in my test with the Pro version, see my description of the test in the 3rd post from above.

Incomedia needs to fix the problem.

Keep in mind that the Intro page changes the names of the main files of the project. If you disable it, in order to have all the correct files exported again it is advisable to remove from your online hosting any page named index and then export the website anew.

This should fix any outstanding graphical issue

i don't need an intro page myself, so this issue doesn't affect me, but user William Walter does.

In my test, after deactivating the intro page, I deleted my web space and re-uploaded the website. The problem is not disabling the intro page but enabling the intro page and the error in the following home page. This problem appeared in my test on several attempts.

hello everyone:

On my website I posted a video tutorial on how I have configured my entry page with a code which each time someone enters the site displays a different image (of course from a series of images that can be enlarged and/or replaced).

As well as the procedure of putting and removing the entry page and exporting it. And the changes that wsx5 makes with the extensions.
The procedure is the same if you choose to only place an image, animation, video or html (the latter is what I chose).
