Import iwprj old version file problem

I'm using version 2023.3.5
when open and import an old verion iwprj file, the window just show the folders. no that iwprj file can be seen even its exist.
kindly please help for this problem.

Import .iwzip file.
Raymond, open the old project in the version it was created (if necessary you can download that old version from your profile). Go to step 5, export project. This will create the iwzip mentioned by Daniel. If the old version is prior to V11, please advise.

Hi Dear all,
the problem is when I double click the web project .IWPRJ2
It just launch the Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro Home page and stop open the project.
Version : Website X5 version Pro 2023.3.5

Raymond, the proper way to open an existing project is to run WX5, select open, select project. To do this the program should be set to open the correct folder. By default this is documents/incomedia/website X5 - Pro
In this folder all of your projects are stored each in their own folder.
Open WX5 and select Preferences (bottom left), then set the correct folder.

done as description but the problem the same. when double click project, its start only the Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2023.3.5 interface and stop.
possible to send to somewhere the whole project folder and try.

Raymond, have you resolved the problem or are you still stuck?
If you create a new project does WX5 work? Do you have any other projects and do they open correctly? And lastly, in which version of WX5 did the troublesome project last open correctly?
