I like the health and well being Template (online therapy), but will it work with Pro version 2021.1.5, or would i need to download the latest pro for it to work?

This template is created with WebSite X5 Pro 2021.2. It probably won't work with your version.

because your latest version is the same as the one which was used to create the template (2021.1), I confirm you will be able to download and use it with your license.
