Unable to open older version

I cannot open my website file from an older version of website x5 on my recently downloaded version of website x5 evolution 9. Have batched files and exported onto a hardrive but it wont open for me...Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Wait for the staff on Monday Marie..... If it's Version 7 you've used before they will convert it to V9 for you!!

As Frank kindly pointed out: if you are trying to import a project into Evo 9 that was created with a version early than Evo 8, you will not be able to. You need to give us your project and we will convert it for you.
Please send it to ''file ( at ) answers.websitex5.com'' and add my name + this post number (26186) in the email object. I will then convert it and send it back to you as soon as possible.
