I set something in the shadowbox template and now it won't display the product image. What did I do? I have not tried to publish the site yet as I am still developing it. Now when I click download and tell it where to go it will not show me the image in preview mode. It used to work just fine.

I couldn't find the shadowbox template in the Marketplace or in the current Pro 2023.3.5 version. For Evo I only have version 2023.2.8 and I couldn't find the shadowbox template either, so I can't test it.

Well thank you for trying! Though I can't figure out why you can't find it. I go to Templates and select shadowbox template on the botom left. I'm using evo 2023.3.5
The shadowbox template is not included in the Evo 2023.2.8 version. Incomedia sometimes replaces old templates with new templates in new versions.
The template is not included in the current Pro version 2023.3.5, so only users of the Evo version 2023.3.5 can test this template.
Maybe it will help if you reinstall the WebSite X5 program. To do this, click on the user name at the top and select “My Profile”. The program can be downloaded here under “Download” and the license key is also available here.

I was totaly mistaken. I wasn't adding any images to the showbox to disp[ay. It works fine now. Sorry for all the NEWBIE confusion.
