Online store doesn't work in v 2024.1

After update 2024.1 the online store does not work. The search page freezes, and checkout gives a Generic error

Hello.
Here is an example on Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2024.1.3 (hosted by Incomedia).
As far as I can see, everything is fine.
Please provide a link to your site.
What version of PHP are you using?
1) Delete all site files from the hosting.
2) Re-upload the entire site to the hosting (entirely, not just the changes).
3) Clear your browser cache and check. You can find out how you can clear your browser cache here.

Here is the site in version 2023 https://architecturalceiling-dpl.ca/CeilingPoints/index.html - This one works
I downloaded both yesterday. In version 2024 to a new directory

in addition to Aleksej's suggestions, I would recommend contacting the hosting provider's support to check if they have details about the errors, either in an error log or other systems, as Generic errors usually do not provide information when inspecting the page from the outside.
