Normally every web hosting provider should be able to send the contact form.

However, there are a few points to note:

... the correct data must be entered.

1) A domain email address must be entered under “Sender’s email address”.

Example:

Domain / Webadress = mywebsite.com

Domain email adress = contact(at)mywebsite.com <--- replace (at) with @

2) Under "Script type" the correct script type must be selected from the list; this can vary depending on the web hosting provider.

If it doesn't work with the "Script type" settings with "PHP Mailer (recommended)", then try using "Standard script" setting.

However, it may also be the case that the web hosting provider does not allow emails to be sent via PHP script, in which case the settings "SMTP" would have to be selected as the "script type" - ask the web hosting provider for information about the SMTP settings.
