Project stuck in Export in Progress

Hi Everyone,
I have tried exporting my project to be published online many times but everytime it gets stucked at this point, as you can see in the image attached. So it would be great if anybody has some solution to it.

Is this occurring with the project for webbuilderslab.com, which from what I can see is using our hosting?

No, I am using the hosting provided my Incomedia x5 pro. Just using the domain name webbuilderslab.com

Hello Amjad,
could you provide me with a copy of the project so that I can investigate more closely and attempt to reproduce this?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with WeTransfer.com or similar services, and provide a download link at sales @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
