Uploading Websites With Videos

When uploading a website that contains videos, is there anyway to not upload every video every time I upload the website? The videos do not change but WebsiteX5 stil uploads every video everytime I refresh the website, even if I just change text on a single page.

For me, existing videos are only uploaded if I do a complete export.

Thanks. There has to be something causing WebsiteX5 to detect something changed.
(It > En) ... just change/update anything in the menu, or in the header or in the footer to make the complete export be done...
...!... but if you know the Program well you can make the export project light and dynamic, using for the images and for the videos and for the sounds the relative URLs of the files already positioned on the network with third-party FTP clients or through the FileManager of the same server...!...
