Password incorrect

Haven't been able to update my website (www.Oriondiscs.com) for a few months due ti illness and now I find I can't upload. Keep getting the following message:
GENERIC ERROR
A supplied password or user name is incorrect.
I'm sure my password etc. are correct.

If an update was made, a space or something similar might have crept in, so check the access data again.
It could also be that the web hosting provider has changed the FTP access, e.g. to SFTP.

The parameters you need to enter to export the website are provided by the hosting provider of your choice, I suggest you to contact them so to get more information about this matter.
