Hello Masashi,
I am sorry for the issue.
What version did the project originally come from?
Do you have an IWZIP file of this original version, or a copy of its project folder, so that I could take a look?
Thank you.

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your attention.
Its original version seems 2021.3 and, I think, it was updated with 2022.2 before upgrading..
Yes. I have a copied folder of it before upgrading. How can I send it to you diretcly? Can I attach it with this message?
Thanks and regards,

Hi Eric,
I also find its IWZIP file saved in 2021.

Hello Masashi,
you can upload it on SwissTransfer.com, generate a download link and send it to sales @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Hi Eric,
I sent the links to sales via gmail. I hope you can find it and let me have good solution.

Hello Masashi,
I have converted the project with some intermediate steps instead of straight from v2021.
It is not common, but sometimes issues can occur during conversion depending on the gap between the two versions.
As soon as the upload is complete I am sending you the IWZIP I generated, the images were retained in this version.
You will be able to download it with the link in the e-mail.

Thank you, Eric.
The converted one is workable. But I still have one problem about Access Management. How can I import the "UserList" that was exported from the previous project?

Hello Masashi,
unfortunately although the option to import users, and not only export them, has been reported as a suggestion some time ago, so far this function is not available, so you would need to add these users manually.
