I would need advice on how to set the button to download an MP3 file from the server. Let it play only download! I did not find such an option anywhere, please advise.

Easy with HTML code, the word "download" is important, see
<a href="http://example.com/music-abc.mp3" download>Music ABC download</a>
(It > En) ... ... you just attach the MP3 file in the options for attached files, in the position of the "files" folder proposed by default, and use the simple and normal options for links...
...as I have already said, according to an ancient invention of mine made with the first versions of the program (WSx5v.7), you can also use the normal and very simple link with file or URL | files on the Internet, simply by typing in the input field:
files/filename.mp3" download "
...!...(as can be seen from the two asymmetrical superscripts)...!...
... of course the *.mp3 file, either attach it to the project in the "files" folder (default) or send the *.mp3 file directly online to the "files" folder using any FTP client (or preferred) or simply using the server's FileManager...
