Textillate & Animated Headlines not working X5 2024.3.2

Attempted to use both TEXTILLATE & ANIMATED HEADLINES but neither of them work.
I get the following message: "Invalid Object Content" when I attempt to enter some data.

I am sorry about the issue.
Could you please follow these steps and then check the situation again?
1) Remove the objects from the project.
2) Close the software.
3) Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro
4) Enter the folder called PluginApps and delete the following subfolders:
210b4bd2-d1f3-41cf-832b-bcaa514633
2fcbfdd3-3627-4263-834b-1b8fb5bc563
Cache
IconsCache
PreviewImagesCache
5) Enter the folder WebCache and delete all of its content.
After these, please open WebSite X5 again and attempt to add the two objects.
