1_ When did this error start happening? Just recently? Were you able to update the website normally before?

2_ Perhaps you updated the software recently? Or anything else changed?

The last time website was uploaded was February 2024. I tried to update this month and the error message appeared. I updated the software recently in case this was the problem but no change.

if you try to reach your server through external tools such as FileZilla, are you able to do so with the same credentials in the project?
If you are not able to test this, I can check this for you with a copy of the project.
