With some providers, you can't set the visitor's e-mail address as the sender of the e-mail leaving the website because they block e-mails that don't have the same domain as the website they are sent from. In these cases, go to the Data Management window and select the Always use the following sender address option. Then specify an e-mail address (for example, ***) that has the same domain (in the example, this is http://www.mysite.com) as the website from where e-mails are being sent.

you may have read a guide from an older version, as currently the e-mail settings are in a separate tab.
I would suggest setting up an e-mail address with the same domain as your website, as many providers restring other addresses when used for the sending of e-mails, and then specifying this address in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload to the internet ---> Parameters, in the E-mail tab.
