(It > En)  ... you should not import the same file that you exported...
... first make a change, for example adding a new product, and then import the modified one...
... always export and import files in UTF-8, and there must be no repetitions of the same name/code...

Hi, thank for your reply. I've added a new product and uploaded the UTF-8 file with no repetitions but still getting the same error code: (invalid header images,,)

... I see that at the bottom (line 38) in NAME/CODE you used double quotes (") in the last line of the first CSV, and therefore also in the second to last line of the second CSV in ""Sea Glass""...
... once you remove all the double quotes in this section the CSV should work...

So I've been trying to add all other products with all the above in mind but still getting errors, I can't seem to find what the issue/s are. I've been messing around for hours :) Are you able to have a look at my new file for me, thank you so much for your help!

... I think I see that the first line of the first product is incomplete...
... some field dividers (;) are missing after description, which should be 13 per line...
