Change templates for different pages

I have a , pre-selected template, and modified it to add a sidebar to the right of the page.
I use this for a facebook feed. I do not need the sidebar on the remaining pages of the website, but the template appears to effect all pages.
How do I only select the sidebar on the home page only, and leave the rest of the pages as is?

For the Facebook feed on one side, couldn't a narrow, elongated text or HTML object simply be inserted into the grid on the right?
You can use CSS code to prevent the object from scrolling when the page is scrolled.
