Some days ago, for reasons unknown, WSX5 asked me to re-register the product. I did this without problem and everything seemed fine. Today I tried to edit a project containing the Simple Separator object, but it was showing as not installed. I then went to the object library and re-installed it (although it showed as already purchased [but it's free!]). However it is still not showing in the project. If I go back to the object library it shows as 'purchased', and I cannot even try to re-install it. Help please!

I am sorry about the issue, please check the situation after these steps:
- Close WebSite X5.
- Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro or Go and enter the PluginApps folder.
- Delete the folder named 962af960-3184-4db6-954c-24215440ca9 , which corresponds to the Simple Separator object.
- Open the software again and try to use the object.

I did all that but the object still does not show up. I tried to install it again, but it shows as purchased and not available to download. Do you have any other suggestions?

if you update the list of objects with this button, what buttons do you see on the right?
What do you see if you display All Categories in the object selection to the right of the page's grid?
Please provide me with screenshots.
