Back on the 20th July I asked the above question and received an excellent reply from Aleksej H. about how to set it up on the website and it appeared to work well. But I have now received advise from another client I have with an e-commerce site that has said the message I especially set up for one client was also appearing on her orders.
As the message was only meant to relate to one of my clients, I am now requesting if anyone can tell/show me how to set a message that will only relate to a specific client when using this software website design, rather than all my e-commerce clients please.
Just as a recap the image below sets out what I was hoping to be able to do.

Hello,
if a text is modified in the Language Content, this modification is applied to all projects using that language.
If you want it to be applied only to a specific project, you should create a custom language based on the original language, and using that language only for that project.
Please remember that the Pro version does not have a commercial licence: to work with clients rather than creating projects for personal use or friend/family, you should instead have the Agency version.
