Trouble when saving, save issue, blank project  en

I am working with the Pro version update 2025.2.9, and when I try to open a new document and select the “empty” template, no matter what I do, I get the attached error.

I tried entering the information and saving it again, but the same error appears. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, yet the error persists. I downloaded Revo Uninstaller and removed every record, reinstalled the program, and the same error keeps showing up. It now seems to be an issue with the application itself.

Hello Julio,
I am sorry about the issue.
Is this occurring specifically with the Empty template, or also other blank ones or even regular ones?

Empy or new templates. Not happening with current or old works.

But I also can't rename an old work, to start this project I choose an old one, but doesn't allow me to rename it.

Hello,
this error message should appear when something is preventing the software from being able to rename some folders in the projects, it may have been caused by a local factor such as antivirus o firewall, could you please set WebSite X5 as an exception or disable them temporarily and restart the software when they are inactive to see if the error persists?
