How to connect back to the internet

This Talmond Coy (www.Hify.online), i just make payment to update my Web Space Hosting and my licence extension, Now i have problem connecting to the internet, this has been happening a few days ago, it work then stop, i try to solve the problem but nothing, How to solve this? when visit my website this appear:
This site can’t be reached
hify.online took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Alright, So my website work where you at, But when i look at it nothing show, i guess i have some internet connection problem here, you know any solution?

Why should I type something there when there is also Google?

Could it be that you signed up with a different email address and purchased the hosting? - then the problems would be explained.

If you switch to a different network, for example using a mobile phone as a hotspot, can you successfully reach your website or is the export function active?

if you were able to reach the website with the hotspot, it likely means that there is a block for your main connection.Could you please provide your IP address when using your main network?
