I understand that you would like to cancel the Windows PHP Extended Support for PHP 7.4. This support can only be removed once the PHP version on your website has been upgraded.

In your account the domains newday.tv and newdayaudiovisual.co.uk are still running PHP 7.4. Please ask your website developer to upgrade these sites to a newer PHP version (e.g., 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3) and to verify that the site’s scripts are compatible with the newer version.

Once the sites are running a supported PHP version, the Windows PHP Extended Support for PHP 7.4 will be removed from your monthly invoice.
