I was introdced to this product by, and through my account with Ashampoo. Nowhere, anywhere, did it mention the product would be unusable until 'credits' were purchased. Also nowhere, anywhere could I find any information on this UNTIL I made the purchase. I'm not happy with this situation, Ashampoo seemed to dangle the carrot with a decent enough price, only for me to be led down the garden path and my money taken. I'd like a refund please. The WebSite X5 program can also be used without credits.
The Evo version comes with 100 free templates and a basic set of various objects, plus 2 AI-generated websites if required.
If you need more templates or special objects, you can buy them with credits. Additional AI-generated websites can also be purchased with 5 credits each.
Incomedia employees would have to answer questions about reimbursement.
Alexander, you appear to have owned Evo for almost a year, it seems a long time to just now realise the short comings of the product, is there something specific that you wish to do but cannot achieve without purchasing credits?
