could you please clarify what you are referring to, regarding the header and sticky bar of the website?
Regarding the purchases, please refer to your previous Help Center post: as mentioned, a server error must be addressed.
For the Contact Form, could you check the situation after disabling these two functions?

I just want to inform you that it is not working... Anyway, we are switching to better web design systems, so we wish you all the best in your business. Your application doesn't satisfy us anymore... Bugs, responsiveness on high resolutions, you sell modules (header, footer animated shape separator...) that DO NOT WORK AS THEY SHOULD !!! Unfortunately, we still have loans with you and the duration of the license, but after so many years of neglecting users, we realized that you are no longer a reliable company to work with. We thank you.
