1) This is not an error with the object: it is intended that, when scrolling horizontally to the left or right, you move to the adjacent tab of the Text object.
2) Depending on the buttons you are referring to, the style can be adjusted in Step 2 - Template ---> Text, Field and Button Style.
3) This is normal, as only one object per row is displayed in mobile view.
