Automatically process purchase after payment

I've recently encountered a problem with E-Commerce – specifically, with the "Automatic order processing". I sell digital products, and until last week everything worked perfectly: After successful payment, the link was automatically sent to the buyer. Now it's no longer working. Even after successful payment, the link isn't processed (I have to click it manually in the control panel). I've checked the following:
– The option "Automatically process purchase after payment" is still enabled.
- in Updates.log says 19/2/2026 11:31:34 => Updates WS X5 installed!
- server says: This MySQL server has been running for 8 days, 11 hours, 24 minutes and 3 seconds. It started up on Feb 19, 2026 at 04:37 AM. (I'm not familiar with MySQL databases and don't know what that means, but it was apparently restarted on February 19th)
Payments are made by Stripe. I haven't made any changes on Web site. What should I do?

I am sorry about the issue.
If you check the Control Panel of your website and go to the section WebSite Test, is any error displayed at the bottom, where the E-mail log is found?
I would like to ascertain whether there was an issue with the delivery of the message, or with the function altogether.

The last error is from [2025-10-25 17:55:23] Invalid address...
The messages going through, I can see orders in Control Panel (paid and unpaid), but I have to send a link manually (and that (manual entry) works).

Could you please disable the option to automate the orders, export the website, and then enable it again and export it once more, after regenerating its files with CTRL + Preview and choosing to export all files?

I'm working on it (this takes time while the program uploads all the digital products), but how can I test if it works without making the payment myself?
