From what I can see, in any case, the http version redirects correctly to the https version, there are no errors if someone accidentally used that version of the URL.

Yes, the redirect is working. The issue came a few days ago. I use the mxtoolbox.com for several tests. 

There, if you try to do an HTTP or HTTPS test, the error comes. Before, no error showed me there. 

I was inform my provider, but there has still not official reply from them, just to escalate the issue.

I would recommend further investigation with your provider or with the support of that tool if you deem this necessary, but I would personally prioritize checking the live results over testing tools, and not worry too much about it unless you do notice redirection errors when visiting the various versions of your website's URL.
