Adverstising Message not work

Hello,
Today i used to Advertising Message section.
It shows in the internat browser. But in Chrome and Opera not shows the ad message...
I cannot find the way for the show it.
Has anybody faced with it?
Upload a couple of time with canging the file type or name, but not work again.
CTRL + F5 also now affects it.

... I see that it works on your profile site...
... from what I can see from your STAMP it seems the corresponding message image is missing...

Advertising Message The graphic was uploaded.
I removed it because it only appeared as an 'x' on the site, and I republished it.
