Linking Anchors not working in version 9

I'm converting my old website that was done in version 8 to version 9. This particular page is giving me fits. http://www.nbcsbc.org/what_we_believe.html My problem is in the new 9 the word TOP beside each section is missing, therefore it won't link back up to the Top of the page. I've looked and looked at my html coding and can't see the problem. Does someone out there know more about html than I do and can see the problem? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I had seen this post before and since it was a little different than mine I couldn't see any thing wrong with my coding. In fact, what I did was changed my document by putting the "Go to Top" in a different place and it worked. I didn't change any coding thought, so I don't understand why mine didn't work before.
