Order name notification email missing product name

When I get the "Notification of Payment Received" email, I do not get the Product name and ID, but only the order number that is randomly generated, instead. I need the system to include the product name I am selling. Otherwise, I don't know what the buyer purchased. How do I know what the order number is in terms of the product I am supposed to ship to the buyer? I just tested the site and I am worried. http://bigapplestyleny.com

The email you have attached has not been sent from Website X5 but from Paypal. You should receive another email from your Evo 9 with your order deatils correctly dispayed and you can connect paypal's details to your order number in order to understand what has been purchased from your store.

No, actually, that email was not from PayPal, but from Evo 9. I had another email from PayPal.
However, I found out what was going on: I had checked the box for "Attach Order Data in CSV format" in the Customer Details tab of the Shopping Cart, in Advanced Settings (4). But no attachment was sent out with the email. Please check on this bug.
When I unchecked the "Attach..." option the email displayed the product number rather than the Order number, which we could not make anything out of it, since the Order number is a random number generated by EVO 9.

I'm sorry but I can assure you that WebSite X5 Evolution 9 does not send this kind of email therefore Paypal has sent it to you.
Please eventually contact them and ask futher information.
