License problems after upgrade to V.9

hi, i have a problem with my upgrade from Version 8 to 9 i got today my upgrade license and installed it but the licenseserver ("My licenses" ) show me only a Version X5 Version 8 and i cannot access to my Templatepacks 901, 902 and 903. How cn i install it again, so the Version is working properly? i need it urgently.

in your profil on the right I do see the three template packs, but now version 8.
With what email address did you register for version 8 and with which email did you upgrade?

the Version 9 works correctly... but the license is not activated..
Neither i can use the 3 templatespacks 901-903

my question is now, how can a deinstall Version 9 and install it again, so the software will request again for the Serial number?
even when i have to work in the registry...thats quite common for me :-)

i use always the one mailadress....and the program asked me after my mailadress.
how can i now deninstall that i can reinstall it correctly?

as I do understand everything right you are now able to use Version 9 since it works correctly? With what email address did you register version 9?
If you send me your licencecode I can have a look at it.
If you want to uninstall everything you need to make sure you delete all files.

its seems that i can work...but i feel the Version is not licensed. It should be licensed to the same mailadress as the 3 Templatepackages.
And, right, i see that there is no Version 9 registered to me...i am really confused, because i prefer to have a legal Version :-)
How cn i deinstall the program so that i can add my license again? or: do i need to delete all pointers of Incomedia from the registry? What will happen with my license of the template packages?

Hello Ralf,
I just put registered you manually. So now you can see the key in your profil as well.
Since you can work with the programm a uninstallation is not neccessary.
If there are any other issue please let me know,

i think, i need really to deinstall all and the delet all licensing informations.
How can i do it? i need it really urgently...

Hello Ralf,
if you uninstall the programm you need to make sure that all files are deleted. If you deleted everything you can start to reinstall.
