Backround Picture Replacement

Hello, I have been using custom template to create a new look to my site www.celebrityfragrancesshop.co.uk and when I wanted to replace the page backround by uploading a new backround picture I have a problem:
The new backround was not showing on main preview even though I have hit Save button and then Next button and then Preview button.
The new backround shows on a small preview screen on the Custom Template Page, so apparently it is recognised, but does NOT appear on the main preview.
What am doing wrong? Please, advise.

Maybe u can use the F5 to renew. Otherwise delete the current background in your ftp and upload the new one. I will when I make allot changes Delete most of the files in the head of the FTP and upload the whole site again. No data will be lost and your site works more than functional
