Shopping cart problem after update  en

Ever since I upgraded, the shopping cart does not work in Internet Explorer. Only a white page appears when you'd give to a product. Google Chrome and Firefox works. What do I do?

"Thank you for your quick response ..." This is a big problem, and does not help anyone from your company. I can not find any contacts is where provider. I am disappointed with your company and the company's support.

Did your refresh your browser coockies? What version of IE do you have? Is your flash version up to date in it? Please check and let me know. If it isn't please open this link http://get.adobe.com/it/flashplayer/ with IE and update it.

Da hilft auch kein Cookie refresh! Sobald die Anzahl im Warenkorb verändert wird gehts wieder nicht.

Wieso wid im englischen Bereich viel schneller geantwortet als im deutschen Bereich?

Of course, they did it, but it does not work. If you want to add product to cart, it comes in a white blank page. Did you check the link, Samantha/ZwoemtiExplorer has worked for you?

Dear Otto,

as Zwoemtie pointed out, it is a cookie problem: go into your IE Internet Options - General tab - and mark the ''Delete browsing history o exit'' option. Now hit ''delete'' and ''ok''. This will delete your coockies.

Close your browser, open it and search for your website. You will now be able to see it correctly!

I've done all along, but this is not the problem. still does not work, just a white screen appears when you add the product to the shopping cart. 

Did you try the link what I sent? You worked with my link?

Yes I did Otto, and it now works correctly. I simply reset my IE browser cookies as explained above..

Dear Samantha,

With ref to FAQ 31437, pls note the answers given to the matter so far, are at least "inadequate".

So, here are my thoughts :

Point 1 : Posting a note blaming IE is not a solution and it definitely doen't show our greatness and professionalism.  Why show weakness on the matter at all?

Point 2 : Let INCOMEDIA R&D contact MICROSOFT and see if there is any chance you may come up with a solution for this matter.  I would also like to inform you that quote from FAQ 31437 "Every website you can find online has the same issue. " is not true, as Virtuemart (eshop component of Joomla) does the job just fine with all browsers!

Point 3 : Suggest to all of INCOMEDIA (if necessary) and especially the Sales Dep't and Personnel engaged with sales, to promote Website X5 in such a way, that it is CRYSTAL clear to the potential customer that the product is optimised for Fireforx/Chrome, so there are no greevances thereafter!

It is important for both your and everybody else's company to be professionally backed up in every way and enjoy every opportunity WEBSITE X5 has to offer, so pls consider my thoughts and communicate them accordingly.

For reference purposes, the website we are having problems with, is thewww.artclima.gr/shop.

Dear Costantine,

what we ment to say in that F.A.Q. is that the issue depends on your IE browser chache, on your computer. You simply have to clear it and the issue will dissapear. This is connected to your PC therefore it can happen to any website, it does not have to be built with WebSite X5 necessarily. It depends on IE and on its settings. We are not trying to blame anyone or anything, we are just trying to explain what causes the issue and how it can be solved.

Das ist keine Lösung! Der Kunde liest nicht hier im Forum um sich darüber zu informieren wie er im Internet Explorer sich einen Artikel bestellen kann! Es muss eine vernünftige Lösung her!

Good morning. We have removed the F.A.Q. because the explanation in it is not exact. The issue is caused by IE's chache and cookie management and our technical staff is already working on this in order to find a solution for you.

The shopping cart does not work in Internet Explorer. Only a white page appears when you'd give a product. The price is higher than 100 if the value does not work in IE. Google Chrome and Firefox works. What should I do?
