I have a similar problem, except I have just purchased your newest version a few days ago (a physical box, Website X5 Evolution v9/v9.1 after free upgrade).

Would you please let me know how to proceed?

I would like to download/activate my software before I return from my volunteer project to open the actual box. This option was mentioned somewhere within your website's pitch and it was among the reasons why I went ahead and purchased the physical version of your software (to have a backup copy AND to be able to download/activate my copy before the physical one is even unwrapped) ... but now I cannot find any clear instructions or simple navigation anywhere within this vast forum.

Please advise.
