sorry I should be a bit more specific ... I can put the cursor on the handles (bottom edge or corner) but even if I drag towards the top of the page the element stays the same ????

Hello Julien,thanks for the info.
Could you please kindly attach a screenshot and show me exactly what height you are trying to change?
The page content does have a minimum standard height that can not be modified, but I'm not sure you are talking about that, so please show me first!
Thank you! Smile

Here's the screen shot - I am trying to make the left hand box smaller with the curser on the middle handle - when I move it up (towards the top of the screen) the rectangle goes blue but doesn't change size ?

Another question - I am not using a template - The names I give to the pages in the sitemap appear on the pages - can I a) stop this happening? or if not how can I adjust the font size and type?

Thanks

Good morning!
If you wish to change your text object size in your page you have to add more coloumns and rows in your page then resize it. Have a look at this tutorial, Step 3, maybe it can help:

If you wish to delete the page name from your project or change it's font style, you have to go into Step 4, Styles and Models section. You will find the ''Page Title'' option in the ''Page Item'' list and below it, an option that you can enable or untick: ''Visible''. All the other options listed below this last one will help you change the font style.
