Organizing files

can u help me....i'd like to organize my computer..that means i want to put all my website folders into one folder and not lose any images or content. how do i go about doing this..i'm afraid i will mess up the directory files

What version of WebSite X5 do you have?
If you have Evo 9 for example, simply go into the 5th Step and export your project with all its files (use option number 3). Here you can choose your new folder and transfer your project files into it.

Hi Samantha....
I'm so nervous to do this...it's a version called just WebSite X5.....no versions that I know of. I bought it about 3 years ago I think. Just now getting into it. I'm so afraid that I'll lose all my info..pictures..Pay Pal buttons, etc.
What can you do to reassure I won't lose it? Thanks for the response.
If you choose the ''optimize and batch to folder option'' in Evo 8 or the 3rd option in evo 9 you will have the chance to export the entire project + everything you have added into it. This gathers all together and puts it in a single folder. It has been created specifically for who wishes to transfer the project to another computer therefore you will find everything you need in it.
If you aren't sure of your version, please attach a screenshot of your program window and show me the options you have in step5.

Hi Samantha..thanks so much for your reassurance. Not sure I know how to make a screenshot on here of my program window. Can you tell me how to do that?
Open X5 and at the TOP there is a "HELP" button at the side of this is a small arrow.... Click the small arrow go to "About Website X5" and it will tell you the version you are using!!
