Downloading pdfs via shopping cart

How do I allow the user to download documents I wish to sell to him via a shopping cart? I have in mind selling pdf files or ebooks through a shopping cart on my website. I have created a product list and wish to use paypal as the clearing house, but am at a loss as to how to allow the "product" as a ebook or pdf document to be downloaded. Please advise. Henry L.

Good morning Henry,
here's an idea: you could add a picture of the ebook/pdf file in your project to present it, then add it to the shopping cart. Once it has been bought, you can send it by email to your customers.
