Thank you for helping. Here is the screenshot of the problem.

Let me explain more precisely.

I am editing  the header of my website on the program "website X5 version 8" .

In the header I insert the slideshow of the pictures. Then I insert the text, which is representing the companies name. And while I am editing the header on the program, the text is seen. But then, when I click the button "test" in the "website X5" program, to see how the website will look. The text automaticly dissapears.

What should I do?

P.S.The file with the name "Incomedia" is the screenshot of when I am editing and the text is visible. And the file with the name "Incomedia 2" it is the screenshot of the website when I am testing it on the "website X5" program, and the text is not visible. 

Also the post does not allow me to post 2 images so, I'll post 2 times. Here is the first one.

Also, I have the Russian version of the program, so I apoligize if it is hard to understand.

try to use CTRL+Preview, export the site and use F5 in your site to reset the browser cache.

I think you understood me wrongly. I cannot see the text on the header when I preview my website. I tried your suggestion about CTRL+preview, it didn't work. Still when I test it, I cannot see the text, it dissapears.

Also why do I need to reset the browser cache. Will it help seeing the text on the header in the preview?

Momenteraly I cannot export the website, due to the hosting. So right now I cannot try your suggestion about exporting the website.

Please help me to see my text in the header, when I preview my website.

Hi Jane,

you don't see the text because you have insert a "slideshow", the slideshow are in flash anditis always on the Front. So your text is behind it.

Use and image or resize the slideshow.

I have another problem.

When I load the videos on my website, and I preview my website, the menu does not work. When I click on the page of the menu to see the menu that is moving down, the video blocks it. And so the menu is not visible. I don't understand, what is my problem?

I didn't know that you can copy the url from the preview in the program and then paste it in the enternet, to see the website in the enternet. I did it, and everything now, works. Thank you  very much.

I saw the management section tutorial, it only explains that you can make a private zone, and different objects which you can sell. But, is it possible to make a payed private zone?

So as an example:

A client clicks on a page, on that page, there is the price of the private zone,

he payes for that private zone, and our company sends him the password and the username on his email,from which he can enter in the private zone, and watch videos, and read special lectures concerning our company.

Also, is it possible to make for example different private zones  that are working for one month or 2, and then they are deactivated, so the client will pay again for another month to have access to the private zone.

Is it possible?

Hi Jane,

you can create this with a page for the registration (use the forma mail), then you receive an email and sedn the password to the client.

Insert the username and password in the access menagement and re-export the site.

NOw the client can login in the prvate section of the site.

For the limite the access to 2 month, you can't do this automatically by the program, you need insert the personal code and script.
