I have been looking for a website creation software package to install on my laptop so I can design while not connected to the Internet. I have looked at many but all I can say about them is that their very cheesy... really! All of the software I’ve reviewed is limited in its abilities to design a nice website that I would be proud of showing off. Their so called easy to design websites is anything but, and, it’s frustrating to try to figure out. I was using weebly, a hosted online tool that is better and easier than the others I’ve looked at but doesn’t have the ability to work off-line and is still not where I want to be as far as features. Finally I came across Website x5 evolution 9 by accident about two months ago and checked reviews. Interestingly enough up pops expert reviews with their so called experts ready to help me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Well, I’m sorry, but they need to change their name or get out of the review business altogether. I was actually going to forget about trying x5 because frankly I’m tired of looking, there’s nothing out there for someone without html skills. Then the personal reviews caught my eye and after reading the positive reviews they were giving I decided to buy it. I’m glad I didn’t stop at their review because they’re dead wrong about this product, it is the best package I’ve tested and I’ve been looking for a couple years now. I’m really excited about the number of features you get, the intuitive design and the quality of the output. Oh yeah, after reading Expert Review’s corrections it still doesn’t help the review at all and I think it would behoove them to remove the review all together then waste everyone’s time that reads it and reveal the amount of time they actually spent evaluating it.. This product continues to amaze me with the incredible features it has and I just keep uncovering them all the time By the way, I have been in IT for over 15 years as a desktop systems engineer in imaging and application packaging.
