What can we do about SEO besides keywords and creating site maps.? Are there are some tricks, maybe put some code in expert part of general settings? How long it will take to appear in search engine....?

Use KEYWORD DENSITY and join Google Webmaster Tools to have your website verified....... Google it!!

I entered keywords, using google webmaster, verified web site. .. I didn't understand "it's in the admin of your website" ?
Go to your website and put admin behind the URL e.g
www.yourwebsite.com/admin

When I click on SEO (admin site) it says "Your server does not support this feature. What does it mean?!
What I click on WEBSITE TEST it says "PHP Version: 5.2.17PASS
