Similar problem - I have 2 V8 licences, but the unlock coes (41 digit numbers) don't unlock V9 which I purchased & downloaded last week
THere were no licence or unlock keys in the email I received on purchase, nor in the boxed set which arrived today.
In v9 you will see your code in the *answers -> profile* at My Licence if you used the same registering mail as for v8 (when first registered) . . .
When ordering *online* you will receive a code with the *purchase mail* which whill allow you two installations . . .
Listed below are all of your license and unlock codes used to register WebSite X5 version 8.
this makes no sense! I never purchased version 8!

You won't see the unlock code. Please, just start WebSite X5 Evolution 9 and enter your e-mail address used to register on Answers and you are able to work with it.

Обновил X5 Evolution 8 на X5 Evolution 9. На одном компьютере установил все работает. По ошибке установил на второй компьютер Английскую версию продукта, мне нужно было Русскую, при обновлении на Русскую версию выдаёт: ошибка активации продукта: 314 и рекомендует обратится к Вам. помогите активировать Рускую версию X5 Evolution 9

I am registered. i need new unlock code for my new pc and a laptop but i cannot see an other new unlock for new pc and laptop (in my licences), i hope X5 can help me with new licences.
