Length of text before Read all...

I would like to know what controls the length of text showing in a blog article before the reader sees the Read all... link. Sometimes, it is showing almost the full article before the link and when one clicks the link, it only adds the last paragraph of the article. I would expect to see say, the first 2 paragraphs and then the link Read all...
Is there any way of controling it so that people can click and see the comment box ?

in the homepage the last post is fully displayed and the "read all" link is only for sharing and commenting purpouse.
Can you tell me the url where I can see the post showing all but the last two paragraphs? thank you

in fact, the whole article is displayed as you say, but Read all... suppose that there's more to read and not that le link has to be clicked in order to leave a comment. Perhaps a different phrase should be used. (Ex: Click to read or leave comment...)

you can change the "read all" text if you wish even if this is for all the posts and not just for the first one: just go in step 1 -> click on the button on the right of the language selection select -> change the row "blog_read_all".
