Hi, i have downloaded upgrade v9 and when i open it, i have to put code in which i have via e-mail but keeps coming up with error 322 can you help? ***

You need to register your Evo 9 with the same email you used to register your Evo 8 or else it will not recognize the upgrade. The email you used is the following: ***. Do you wish to change it?

I have tried all my old email addresses including the one I am sure I purchased the original under but to no effect. Please can you resolve the issue?
