Can I create a single page and generate only the HTML code

I would like to know if I can create a single page and generate the HTML code to be saved locally on my computer. THe HTML code will be used for a newsletter using a mail list management software on my server.
Yes, I will also be building websites, but the issue regarding the newsletter is a must. I don't need X5 to create and have newsletter support as others have asked. I just need to know if I can create a page, generate the code and save it on my computer. Once the code generated and saved on my computer I would like to view it on my browser to make sure it looks and works as it should.
This is whats holding me from purchsing X5 today.
Your kind respond and help will be appreciated.

Hello Isaac,
You can create a single Page simply by removing the other pages in the project and exporting it on your Hard Disk. The export function generates html, and css files in a folder of your choice.
