when you set your shipping method you can also write your own description where you can specify in how many days the order will be shipped.

if you want that your clients aer able to write some informations during the purchase you can activate the "other" field in the tab "customer details" on the ecommerce section and then change the text from "Other" to something else. You can change it in step 1 -> click on the button to the next of "language selection" and change the field   "cart_field_other".

This is not what i want but anyway i change it.What i want is calendar in the shopping cart- customer details,where thay can choose date.

unfortunately at the moment is not possible to add a calendar in the ecommerce fields, the only way is to make use of the "other" field as I suggested. If you want you can open a post marked as "idea" pointing out your wish.
