Unfortunately I think this is not possible, you can add/modify users offline with the software and then upload again the site.

If you use the E-Mail form you can link it to an external script that writes the informations in a SQL Database.You need to open the "Send" tab and choose from the dropdown menu "Send data to a Database".

Unfortunately this feature cannot create new users inside WebSite X9. You need to add them manually in the program. The only option is to create another script that checks the username and password with the HTML & Widget object and it has a separate personal protected section.
